NMA Organization

The National Management Association (NMA), organized in 1925, is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to the development and recognition of management as a profession and promotion of the American Enterprise System. The association includes all levels of management and is the world's largest management association.

NMA chapters devote their effort to the development of management skills of their members. They draw upon the vast reservoir of management knowledge within its membership and from experts in a wide variety of fields to offer programs to keep members informed about the most current management theories and techniques.  Learn more on the NMA Organization website.

 

Our Chapter

Chapter 141 of the National Management Association – located in Detroit, Michigan – was organized in 1986 to serve employees of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan professional staff. Over 1,100 employees of BCBSM and Blue Care Network are members of our chapter.
